The Labyrinth
A website as a labyrinth, not a menu
The first front door of smarason.is — an experiment in whether a website could be a labyrinth rather than a menu. Two worlds, the Human and the Shadow, and a three-body system on their seam where each body is a gate.

About the Project
The Labyrinth was the first front door of smarason.is: an experiment in whether a website could be a labyrinth rather than a menu. Two worlds meet — the Human (judgment, taste, responsibility) and the Shadow (speed, stamina, repetition) — and on their seam a three-body system turns, each body a gate you must catch mid-orbit. The experiment worked but was too much for a front door meant to be a beacon of information; it lives on now as what it always was: an art-piece and an experiment.
