Open-source work on how sovereign agentic systems cooperate
Nordic open-source collaboration on how sovereign agentic systems cooperate across borders. I am one of the co-founders.

the·metafactory is open, Nordic collaboration on how independent agentic systems can work together across borders — each on its own foundation, beholden to no one, yet in context with the others. Andreas Aaström (a Swede in New Zealand) and Jens-Christian Fischer (a Dane in Switzerland) lead the project, and I joined as the third Nordic co-founder.
This maps directly onto what I'm building at home: systems that own their own foundation and work together as peers, not tenants. They built the transport layer; I bring the legitimacy layer — sovereignty, responsibility and governance.
