Magnús Smári Smárason is an AI governance researcher and systems builder with a 14-year intellectual arc from surveillance law (2012) through emergency services (2007–2022) to AI governance (2022–present). Author of eight original named concepts in AI governance. Builder of seven production systems. MA in Social Sciences (AI and Society), University of Akureyri, grade 9.5/10.
